Here is my 7x14 cargo trailer buildout.
So far:
Radial tires
Electric brakes
Stabilizer jacks
Rv lock on door
Fantastic fan
30 amp shore power
Plenty of 12 volt outlets
2 100amp hr batteries in a nice box
LED lights
R6 walls, R9 ceiling
3 20x30 windows

Next up
Build a cabinet for the fuse box
Paint or clear coat walls and ceiling
Beds/sofa
Countertops
Shelves
Spare tire
100-200w portable solar
Water will be 5 gal jug hooked to a sink with a hand pump faucet draining to another 5 gal jug for wastewater.
I plan to construct a very basic shower with a washtub and shower curtain, will use a garden sprayer or poss a 12v pump for water
Will cook w a Coleman propane stove and heat with a Mr Buddy or elec if hooked up to shore power.
Plan on a 5000 btu portable AC unit.

looks like there is some space beyond the wall, what goes there?
what does it look like inside from the other direction. what are the interior dimensions?

Not sure what you mean about space behind the wall, other than where the walls curve to meet the ceiling and most of the wiring is run. Also that upper slant in the front which covers the fiberglass cap(see outside front) it has reg fluffy insulation behind it. Walls are about 1 1/4” thick, steel studs on 24” w foam sandwiched between. It’s a 7x14 trailer so interior is that size minus the wall thickness.
Ceiling height is about 6’3” which is plenty of headroom for us as I’m 5’7” and Mrs. PA is 5’6”.
Inside from other direction. Rear ramp has levelers added so it can be a patio or a ramp:

Shower before toilet? I'm renovating my 1965 Aristocrat trailer which doesn't currently have a bathroom. I'm thinking toilet with a black water tank under a raised floor in the bathroom. I was debating which was more convenient to do outside with a shower curtain - poop or shower. Of course most campground have restrooms.

I have about 10,000 grand in it now. Trailer was around 3000, w no windows or insulation, but with radials and elec brakes included.
I had all the work to this point professionally done. I plan to do the rest myself. Another 2 thou should trick it out to the max crept for running water.Even if I eventually add running and hot water, water/black water tanks it still comes in less than a new travel trailer and is 100x more durable and easier to tow.

i love the patio idea
i guess i saw the aluminum behind the wall and thought that there was some open area beyond the wall. didn't notice that the wall was up against the aluminum.
it's very cool

Yea that alum came original and just finishes out the corners. I went back and forth between barn doors or a ramp on the back. Ultimately I went with a ramp because of my other new toy

I’m just going to carry a 5 gal bucket w a plastic toilet seat seat for now. I plan to eventually spring for a composting toilet. I really don’t wanna mess with dumping black water. I plan to boondock as much as campgrounds if not more, esp out west where there’s plenty of BLM land and high enough altitudes not to need AC.

Might want to have a look on reddit's DiY sub. Converting trailers and trucks to campers is a fairly popular topic. You might get some good ideas.
