Might be a spam post used to harvest real emails. I see those with Legos a lot. Search and see if it shows up on other regional Craiglist sites.

Yeah, I see that a bunch on CL w/ things that are priced super low. I'll do a quick search on the image or a line in the listing and it'll often show up in dozens of regional CLs around the country.
