This was the Lerxst thin crust again, man I love this crust. This time I did the pre-cook on a pizza pan, then the full pizza cooked directly on the steel. Came out crispy and perfect.

My local pizza joint makes a similar pie that is jacked up with spicy goodness. They use Cure 81 ham on it, fresh pineapple instead of canned, and a couple tablespoons of B&G red sandwich peppers on there. It does not suck, the heat level is fantastic.
