For those of you in the League, you have until Friday afternoon to get your votes in. But you can listen whether or not you're in the league.
On the voting page you also have the ability to add a comment - you can guess who submitted each song there for some "extra fun".

Let me know if you have any issues. You might have to create a Spotify account but like I said you can still play with a free one, if you don't want to give Spotify money.
Also - send your proposed theme to me here on the forum via PM and once we have them all I will randomly sort them and enter them in. If someone else already suggested your theme, I'll let you know.We are doing this at work and it's super fun.
ORIGINAL POST: Basically it works like this (at least the way we have it set up):
- Before the League kicks off each player submits a "theme". Themes so far for us have included "Weirdly Good", "Not in English", "Track 1 Side 1", "Unlikely Collabs", etc. but themes can be literally anything (I submitted "Breakfast" as the theme) - the more creative the better.
- Once all the themes are set the league kicks off. There is one round (or theme) per week. Each player submits a song (via Spotify link) that they think best embodies the week's theme (for example: "Black Dog" or "Come Together" or "Shine On You Crazy Diamond" for the theme "Track 1 Side 1").
- Once all the submissions are in, a Spotify playlist is generated (you don't need a paid Spotify account, you can listen for free)
- To vote, each player has a total of six points to distribute however they see fit (you are unable to vote for your own submissions). I usually go 3 points for what I think is best, then 2 and 1 for the second and third best, but you could give six songs one point each, or you could give all six points to one song. It's up to you.
- At the end of each week whoever's song gets the most votes wins for that week. At the end of the "season" (we're doing 10 rounds so 10 weeks) you have a winner.
I just got this Bogner Uberschall pedal on blowout from Sweetwater and it's a cool pedal but I don't dig it, so I could offer it up as the Grand Prize.
If there's any interest let me know and I can set it up. We have 10 players in my work league which seems like a good number.
