Yes but you’d also need the money to pay upkeep costs on the Tuscan house and land which would require significantly more wealth than to just buy the Nuno house.

He's getting out before it slides into the ocean or WW3 starts and LA is toast. If I had anywhere close to that kind of money, California is not even in the running for places to live. I wouldn't move in there for free.
