Now that we're into a couple weeks of Corvfefe what have you been creating in the kitchen?

I made garlic parmesan wings last night for the shite Jaguars game.
Fun fact: If you run your dishwasher and don't realize your kitchen sink is clogged, it'll flood your kitchen.

Sounds good.

Recipe?
I don't do recipes really but I'll tell ya what I did.
Dry the wings. Season with salt and pepper. Bake at 400 for like 45 minutes turning about half way through.
Melt a stick of salted butter. Throw in like 6 cloves minced garlic and about 1/2 cup grated parmesan. (you can adjust to your taste. More garlic? Great! Don't go crazy on the parm but you can certainly go a little more)
Toss the wings in it. Throw back in the oven under the broiler for just a couple minutes to get the sauce to stick well and lightly brown. Eat!
Hot tip, make the sauce right when the wings come out of the oven. You don't really want the parmesan to melt and clump up. Throw it all together, stir just to mix and toss the wings in it.

Sounds great. Now I just need Mrs JBJ to get onboard with on the bone proteins

About to smash some awesome bbq pulled beef :thu:

Just made German whites (hot dog) with caramelized bacon and onion (splash of Dr. Pepper in there), spicy brown mustard and sliced raw Serrano pepper. Steamed bun. Lord have mercy.

Man that looks good.

We just demolished sticky chinese bbq salmon and noodles. Sauce is going right in the recipe book :thu:

General Tso's chicken. It's not really a thing over here so no idea if I nailed the taste but it was spot on. Tangy, sour, nice bit of heat

Momofuku bossam (apparently) Korean pulled lamb with ginger shallot and spicy ssam sauces and homemade flatbreads.

Unbelievable. Right in the recipe book for this one and there's leftovers for lunch and pizzas tomorrow :thu:

Started making hot pockets out of crescent rolls, meat, and cheese. Made some pickled jalapeno rings. Made some chocolate chip cookies. Nevermind the instant pot pulled pork and barbacoa. Mmm.

I'm doing a lamb leg steak and roasted potatoes either tonight or tomorrow. I've got an Acorn grill coming today. If I can get it put together it will be tonight. My less than a year old pellet smoker shit the bed this past weekend and pissed me off.
I'm going back to charcoal. My dad loves his. He uses it 3 to 4 times a week.
