It wasn't hot enough. Next time, I'll up the red curry paste. It wasn't bad, just kind of bland in the spice department.....

Well, as authentic as my local Thai place, anyway.....:embarrassed:
 
Thai food is wonderful, especially their currys. I have cooked masaman curry before, sort of a curry/peanut sauce with coconut milk. Yummy.
 
I love0 thai green curry beef. The Thai place in town always knows when I order it because I get it "as hot as they can possibly make it". If I'm not mistaken, green curry paste is hotter than red curry paste, so you may want to give that a try.
