That's New Birthday Guitar Day!

In celebration of today being the 22nd anniversary of my 21st birthday, I had some free time on my hands to go play around at GC. Well, it ended up causing me to return the pink sparkle Daisy Rock, which had been an early birthday present, but I suddenly had a bit more funding than I had expected, and the Daisy Rock and I weren't bonding - really, the neck was too narrow for long term bonding.

So, I had been looking at the Schecter Riots, but they were out of my initial birthday guitar price range. With the Friday the 13th weekend 13% off coupon and the extra funding I got from flipping the cheap wah pedal I'd picked up recently, I decided the Riot-6 needed to come home with me. Also snagged a Boss CE-5 Chorus today, though I have no pics of that. Pics of the reassembled pedal board will be coming shortly, though. Pics of the guitar are here now  :

I thought it was going to be Happy New Bass Guitar Day, but this works.

First happy Birfday, second congrats on the guitar. How is it? I have never gotten around to trying a schecter.

I've had a couple of the Korean Schecters in the past, and they're solid, well-made guitars that have impressed me. This is my first Indonesian Shcecter, but my initial impressions are that it's a solid, well-made guitar. I need to get a set of 10s on it and tweak the setup a bit, but I dig it.
