National Football League 2019

Unfortunately Gruden was not the problem in Washington.

Come on, the Skins are now the favorites to win the Super Bowl now that Gruden is gone. It's too bad they didn't fire him last week, then we would have killed the Pats

I know you all dislike the Raiders, but a good come from behind win when you intuitively expect implosion. Great rookie/UDFA contribution. Maxx Crosby, Alec Ingold crushing at FB (who uses a FB anymore?) Waller and Foster moreau balling at TE, No legitimate # 1 WR. Josh Jacobs doing Marcus Allen leaps into the endzone. Haven't felt this good about the team in a while. Oh yeah, and F@*K Antonio Brown, probably for the best.

For a Bears fan, it was painful to watch. Biggest thing you can feel good about, missing from you post is your O line. The Bears have needed an O line for a while now. They got rid of our running back because he "didn't fit our system". What "system" is that? Our system relies on a magical running back that doesn't need a much better O line.

I guess you pick your poison. With salary cap, so many draft picks, you can be good in one area but not all.

The Niners are for real!

Should be a fun season.

They did look good last night, but they are 4-0 against teams that are a combined 5-15. If they beat the Rams next week, we can call them for real. The NFC West looks good this season.

yep. Rams coming up, but then they get to feast on the Skins (IIRC). So, they could be 6-2 with a still unclear level of talent.

Saw a Cowboys fan thinking they were awesome at 3-0. Wins against the Giants, Redskins and Dolphins. 0-2 after that
oh yeah, for sure. that was a dubious record and everyone knew it. and like SF, they may be OK, but hard to feel great about those wins.

I flipped over the SF game last night (after the Nats won) and SF looked good. Jimmy G looked a little off on some throws, but the defense and running game were solid.

True enough, but last nights game proved they are for real no matter what. If they beat the Rams, it will ignite Playoff/SB discussions. The receiving corps looked good, but they need to step up to great. The running backs and defense are already there. Jimmy G was solid, no picks.

The Rams have lost two straight. This is a huge test for them too. That should be a great game.
