Kick Henry Jackassowski
I'm not a sweet BBQ sauce fan at all eat0
A very hot right out of the jar sauce... Don't let the single designation HOT fool ya cop0
The other is Blaine Hill Batman sauce... Kind of a medium heat and fantastic tasting right out of the jar. Developed 30 or 40 years ago by a local BBQ guy that had a little shack of a place along the Monongahela river in Gallatin Sunnyside. The place was called the Jungle Club. Once inside, there were old school bus seats sitting right on a dirt floor. The walls had holes punched in them. If you looked back into the kitchen, Jerome could be found BBQing chickens over an open pit using old bed springs for the grate. Jerome originally called the sauce "four barreled batman sauce". Jerome still cooks, hired mostly for special occasions and events. Blaine Hill BBQ seems to be carrying on the tradition of the sauce, although not quite the same as Jerome's canning jar mixes.
