Let's Just Make Jack White CEO of Fender....

I am genuinely surprised by how much I like about that based on the video and if I ever see one in a shop, I'd like to try it. Think I would definitely want a 5 way switch rather than the 3 way as that just seems a wasted opportunity for more sounds.

I'd also not seen that Hipshot drop D tuner before. That alone has made it worth watching this video and I need to investigate that further.

I personally have almost no need for 2 or 4 if all three pickups sound good.

Sort of depends on the configuration. My current strat-type guitar is HSH and I don't really care for the in-between settings but on a SSS they can be quite useful, IMO.

THE most important question....

... can we get the Triplecaster in the sparkle pink color of his wife's guitar? :helper:

No. Jack's first mission as CEO is cost cutting. Taking a cue from Henry Ford, you can get a guitar in any color, as long as it's white.

At least Fender is doing creative sig models again. I guess they learned their lesson when John Mayer told them to fuck off.

I really love the feature set and the sounds, the only thing I don't like aesthetic: I don't like the white powder-coating and the very pale neck. If it had regular chrome parts and a tinted maple neck it'd be perfect.
