I just opened my first bottle of Booker's. Holy crap. I already liked Knob Creek and loved Basil Hayden. But this one might be one of my new favorites.

The conference I was at earlier this week had open bar every night. Unfortunately their only bourbon was Jim Beam Black. That didn't stop me from drinking the shit out of it, though.

Regular Jim Beam is a fine bourbon, so long as you're mixing with coke. Knob Creek is quite tasty.

That's a pretty big qualifier there. I can't remember the last time I had whiskey and coke. Maybe 7 or 8 years.

Booker's is a very nice bourbon indeed, I'm a definite fan.
