Dig it! jello builds a partscaster...FINISHED!

A couple of things...

The neck is probably going to have to come back off for an adjustment...I didn't put enough pretension on it...but that is not going to happen until it sets under tension for awhile...

I still love love LOVE the BG V60 pickups...not high output by any means, but crisp, clean and clear stratty perfection...

This thing is light...the swamp ash body only weighs about 3 pounds and fully assemble I don't think it's above 5...

And...

The fit on this thing is impeccable...Warmoth pre-drilled the neck and body so you would expect possible small gaps in the neck pocket...nope, this thing is TIGHT!

Final stats:

Swamp Ash body in 3 color 'burst
24 3/4" Warmoth conversion neck, hard maple shaft, PauFerro fretboard
6105 fret wire
Graphtec nut
Hipshot 16:1 locking tuners
BG V60 pickups
CTS pots
Oak switch
Fender Am Std cast saddle bridge
Schaller Pragestock-approved strap locks and pins

Hot! Tort FTW!

I've built two Warmoths. Their stuff is top notch. By the way, their vintage/modern necks have the truss rod adjustment at the peghead, but they're single action like a vintage.

Awesome, but for another $4000 you could have had Fender Custom Shop build the exact same thing. Why do you hate America? Why?!? cop0

But seriously folks, that turned out really nice. :thu: To have everything exactly as you want makes it valuable beyond a price.
