I am finally learning this song after 2 year of guitar playing and I can't figure out if it's hybrid picking or all picked...

There are some tabs on ultimate-guitar.com that are pretty accurate.

Oh, but i guess that doesnt help with picking. hahaha. Slash picks the whole thing.

I pick it all when I play it. I'd have to have a guitar in my hands to tell you exactly what gets the upstrokes and what gets the downstrokes though.

I think they do.

Rhythm = Neck pickup, Treble = Bridge pickup.

Oh thats right, Rhythm and Treble. I still think that was a strange choice of words, but it seems to have worked out for them. hahaha.
