Incredibly ugly cars - poast them.

Not modified cars, or beat up old junk cars, but cars that came out of the factory just looking awful. Styling disasters.

Inspired by another thread, I'll kick it off with the 70s/80s Ford LTD

Amazing that after so many styling revisions, it's still so ugly.

The Mustang II was pretty fricking heinous

I think the styling department at Ford was way out of it during the 70's and early 80's. For some reason, tho, I do like the full size Broncos from that era. They're ugly, but in a good way:

I used to work at a gas station on the WV turnpike. One day a bunch of guys came in in Edsels.

One of the guys was turning around in the parking lot and crashed into the big steel barriers in front of the gas pumps. Didn't really do much damage, but still, I'm sure it killed him that he dinged up his Edsel turning around at a gas station.

You think the mustang II is ugly as a fastback, you should see the coupe. My dad had the same car as the first one in this pic. Baby blue mustang II. It was a piece of shit. He traded in a 1969 mercury cougar with the big 428 cobra jet engine and 4 speed to get the mustang II during the gas crunch. My mom never forgave him and STILL brings up her canary yellow mercury from time to time.

But I gotta admit they look awesome. I'm pretty sure just sitting in that thing would cause me to grow a luxurious Tom Seleck moustache.
