I go back and forth. Sometimes he is useful, sometimes his video are really dumb, most of the time I don't care about anything he is talking about. Since he's not touring he really has nothing to that interests me.

But in this video he's amusing, and does a very good impersonation of Josh's mannerisms.
I've been watching his videos on his other channel where he livestreams while slowly nursing a drink. He's much looser and funny.

I don't mind him really, I just rarely watch his videos a lot of the stuff he covers isn't all that interesting/useful to me personally.
There are plenty of other guitar/music/recording related channels I don't watch because of their personality, as well as a few where the "hosts" are full of shit or just plain wrong.

"Fan" isn't the label I would choose...I really connected with him, and I moderate his live streams and moderate/run his Green Room forum...
I can certainly understand the divided reactions to him and what he does...he isn't foe everyone, but what I really admire about him is the fact that he doesn't TRY to be...he does what he does, and if you don't want to go along for the ride it's OK with him...

His latest videos on gear, (the blah blah sound) come across as poor imitations of 5 Watt World videos with much less researched information. When he started wearing the giant goofy white sweater, that he had to have stolen from an old lady in a nursing home, and the giant hat (I assume stolen from the same old lady) I couldn't stop laughing. No doubt a good player, but once he couldn't do his tour blogs anymore, he really ran out of anything unique or interesting to say. Now its basically the same stuff from other channels but not as well done and not nearly as good info.
