I never thought I would say this about a channel switching amp but....WANT.

My preference is one fat clean channel to put pedals on...I usually don't care for the clean channels on channel switching amps....personal preference, really.

Pretty much....:)

Not sure I would need as many pedals with an amp like that, though////

I'm still a 2 channel amp lover.

Don't get me wrong, I love my Bassman, but if I could only keep one amp, it'd be my Classic 30.

Did you listen to the clip?

of course i did. but if it were that Bolt amp you posted, you'd be very skeptical of it.

the really cool feature is the negative feedback loop control. i'm not sure if you can set that differently for each channel though.

I definitely wouldn't be as "on board" with it. I own Suhr products and have dealt with the company and John personally so to find an amp that I like the sound of from them is a nice bonus.

Notice that you haven't seen the same proclamation from me about the OD100?

He didn't really get any sounds that I didn't like.

Well, duh.

right, but what happens when i want a sound that isn't readily footswitchable to?

i want an ultra clean tone (negative feedback loop has to be up on the clean channel), but a really smooshy gained out tone on the lead channel (negative feedback loop has to be turned down). can i do that? if not, then there's no benefit to having that feature on a channel switcher.

True.
