Is this a NGD anouncement?
I'm not sure I would like that. How does it work for you?
I'm digging it, Gary...it seems to be accurate, is very visible from playing position, and is easily accessible...there's a push-button on it, and when you activate it, it mutes the on-board preamp (which sounds excellent, BTW)...the only gripe I have with it is that it's a little slower than a Snark, and the needle jumps from one indicator line to the next rather than sweeping through them...the face is blue until you hit "in tune" when it turns green...I'm not sure I would like that. Cool. I seldom need to retune during a performance, and when I do I can usually do it quickly by ear as it is usually one string that is a bit off. Then too, I am not a heavy strummer.I'm digging it, Gary...it seems to be accurate, is very visible from playing position, and is easily accessible...there's a push-button on it, and when you activate it, it mutes the on-board preamp (which sounds excellent, BTW)...the only gripe I have with it is that it's a little slower than a Snark, and the needle jumps from one indicator line to the next rather than sweeping through them...the face is blue until you hit "in tune" when it turns green...
All-in-all I'd say that it is a very good application...I think it would make tuning during performances a little easier and less noticeable to the audience...
I'm digging it, Gary...it fits right in with my New Year's resolution to not be a douche with a Snark on the headstock.
In ways you could not imagine...Does it bring the brootalz?
I use a clip-on tuner, but it comes off the guitar before I hit the stage. I don't like having tuners or capos hanging off the headstock when I perform.FIFY
