Dig it! HNGD - Squier VM Jaguar HH in Fiesta Red!

vintage clubber

You gunky!
These are stock pics. Will get some actual pics over the weekend, but it is the same as this one...

Local Music & Arts Center had 2 of them on clearance. The one I got has a small paint chip near the neck pocket and was priced at $149 for being a blem. The other one is going for $175. I chose the blem because it actually played better off the rack than the other. I'm sure the other one just needs a set up, but I'll take the savings. I also found some 1957 Ford Thunderbird Fiesta Red touch up paint on line that I ordered to fix the blem...

Thank you! It will make a nice companion for my Jagmaster.

The stock Duncan Design HB102 set on the Jaguar is really not bad. It's the import version of the JB/Jazz pair. I will most likely save those for another application. My plans for this one are a mint green pickguard with a pair of Firebird pickups. I've been wanting to try a set of Johnny Winter signatures from Mojotone...:rawk: I haven't decided about altering the bridge yet though...:embarrassed:

Congrats on your new procurement! I'm usually not a fan of the Fiesta Red, but it sure is stunning on that Jag. I got the VM with the Duncan Designed single coils, and I absolutely love that guitar (well, except for the tremolo bar falling out whenever I bend over).

HNVMJD!

VERY cool! I have a bit of a soft spot for Jags, and have had a few of them over the years. My current one is a Thinline Jaguar, that's being re-fretted at the present time.
