I own that same model Brice bass with the same finish. I think the used price is what I paid new. Of course. mine does not have a derailer with 7 gears. Mine is wood rather than aluminum frame. No alloy wheels on mine either.
 
You know used instruments are handled at the store level, not the corporate home office level, so that's a lazy stoner that couldn't be bothered to write the description on something he probably paid too much for and now has to sell for more than market value until it gets blown out at lower than cost, which will still be too much.
