Year: 1983
Manufacturer: Gibson
Model: Corvus III
Case: Original Hard
Color: Silver
Condition: Very Good
Description: UGB29569 Always on the cutting edge of guitar design, in 1982 Gibson once again sought to redefine the solidbody electric. The result was the Corvus series, model I with a single humbucking pickup, model II with a pair of humbuckers and this one....the CORVUS III with...you got it.... three single coil pickups. The body features an offset "V" shape with leg cutout for ergonomic seated playing comfort. A bolt on neck made of maple with rosewood fingerboard and dot inlay and six-on-a-side headstock, 5-way selector switch, master volume and tone controls and adjustable wraparound tailpiece complete the picture. Sadly the Corvus lasted a mere 3 years and they are few and far between. Are you tough enough to rock the Gibson Corvus III?....do you dare?....we dare you..... $400
