Guess we'll find out what a '59 LP sounds like through a Dumble on the next album, probably with a Klon in front.

I saw Eric Johnson perform 14 shows in the space of 29 months during the late 1990s/early 2000s era.

It was an extreme pleasure to hear Eric play the 'Buddy' burst, 9-0423, through his Dumble at The Vortexan Tour show in Dallas.

The 'Buddy' burst can be seen in the second photo in the link = http://ejfans.com/gear/guitars

Eric could make a piece of dental floss on a box of matches sound like a symphony. :jam:

I'd like to suggest that you reconsider this.

That poor guitar.

I liked him as part of the ensemble format of DBT. But on his own, he’s not got enough it to make it work.

I saw him play a little room with the 400s on his first post DBTs solo outing. He was basically doing an alt country Mats type thing which was enjoyable enough. But ever since he quit boozing and became a “serious” songwriter...zzzzzzzz...
