This Airport sucks, but at least the lounge has decent scotch and whiskey. I'm off to Zurich for a week of work . Small management meeting in some resort town on Lake Zurich.

This lounge is surreal. It is shared between Swiss Air and Avianca Columbia. The Swiss are a quiet and reserved people, and the Columbians are much more everything. There are some very interesting conversations as Columbians try to get to know the Swiss people sitting near them. It is like the most outgoing culture in the world meeting the least outgoing culture in the world. Lulz everywhere. There is good food and ample drinks, so it seems to be working out OK.

I have like 2 hours to kill here. I left super early as Trump is in Palm Beach and I expected a lot more traffic and delays getting down here. Luckily, I'm not flying the plane, just taking up a seat.

OMG.lol. This is hilarious. I've seen a ton of crazy shit in my years of travel. This is a Swiss Air flight, so they don't take that kind of shit, especially in business class. If I see anything crazy, I will get lots of pictures.

There is a really old Swiss guy in the lounge that seems to be humming Alphorn music quite loudly. Even his wife seems annoyed and told him to "stop that damned noise" several times in Baseldeutsch. I hope he isn't next to me on the plane.

That's where all the Cartel kingpins meet their Swiss bankers. Keep your head down and don't make direct eye contact... WITH ANYONE!

Sounds like a sitcom.

I hope that I get to be your Secret Santa this year.

Lol, if you think the Swiss are reserved and quiet visit rural Norway some time. Whole other ball game.

My wife's relatives on her mother's side are Norwegian farm folks from Iowa and Minnesota, so I can attest to this. I think that they are pathologically repelled by excitement, humor, etc...
