Gear Review: KASHA Overdrive

KASHA was a big name with the A List LA studio players in the '80s. Dann Huff (Giant) for one used a Kasha Rockmod preamp for a lot of studio work.

I thought the name had sounded familiar but I've never seen any of their gear in person....

You've heard them though... All the guitar parts on American Idol use a KASHA Rockmod amp (Phil "PhilX" Alexander on axe). Daughtry's first album featured PhilX using a Rockmod amp as well. Those were GREAT guitar parts!
