Some of you will probably hate it since it's a bit ornate, but I'll take the good with the bad at this price point. I kinda dig all the abalone, although I hate the headstock, there are earlier versions of this model with a plain headstock.

That could be a pretty nice guitar. I really like my Takamine.

Parlors are a bit small for my liking, but they definitely have their place. My OM is small enough for me.

I like the three-piece back of that thing, and a solid spruce top should sound good. Seems to be a pretty good deal.

Another thumbs up for Takamine. I just bought a EF440 model a few months back, and it is the best acoustic guitar I have ever played.

I played both the Taylor and the Tak a few days ago.
The Taylor is a little plain and it has the Taylor "sound." Shimmery and bright. Short scale at like 23.5" It's a sweet guitar.
The Tak was good. I hate 25.5" scale, so it was out for me, but it sounded better than most of the parlors in the price range. Much fuller, less boxy sound.

This is a promising review. Now I need to get my hands on one which won't be easy, the local guitar stores are generally poopy.

Is OM and Grand Auditorium similar? I am a little acoustic ignorant.

I was really surprised to bump into one. Was sitting in the shop playing some A&L Amis and saw that one hanging there. I think the rosewood back contributes to that sound some. I don't know too much about all that stuff, but it did sound really good. Not muffled or dead sounding at all, which is common with those damn poly finishes.
The action was really nice for an acoustic, the small body fits nice in your lap. Very comfortable. The nut wasn't a mile wide like so many of the old parlors and the neck had a modern shape/feel to it. It's definitely not a traditional parlor, so that's either good or bad, depending on what you're looking for.
The sound is well balanced. Of course, it doesn't have the volume of a fread or the bass of a jumbo, but it has a real sweet voice. Honestly, if it weren't for my completely irrational dislike for 25.5" scale, that one would probably be on top of my list.
And I've been looking at a TON of them. A&L, Simon and Patrick, Epi, etc. It's one of the best i"ve seen.

My heart was set on a Simon & Patrick parlor until I saw this. It's about $150 cheaper and just as nice IMO.

The Grand Concert, OM, and 000 acoustics are all about the same size. The Grand Auditorium is a bit bigger - very close to dreadnought sized with a slightly different body shape.

Generally the neck width on OM models is usually a bit wider (1 3/4" which is preferred by fingerstyle players) and has the 25.4" scale while the 000 and Grand Concerts are usually (but not always) 1 11/16" neck and 24.4" scale. There is no set size so each makers can vary in size a bit.
