Set aside you aversion to Mr Beato for an hour. This is what he does well - asks a question and gets out of the way, and let's his guest run with it.

This is an interesting and entertaining one hour of guitar, technique, and gear talk. Great shots of Koch playing. I saw at least a dozen licks and chordal bits I'm gonna try and learn.

Dammit I already have almost three hours of interviews with Prince’s sound engineers to watch and now this comes along. There’s just too much good stuff on YouTube. Maybe tomorrow I’ll go to the gym and watch this while I grind away on a bike for an hour.

I have to give credit to Beato for doing this interview. He’s been on a roll with big celebrities for a while now but he’s totally cool with bringing out an underappreciated master like Greg Koch. It’s probably the college professor in him; he’s as interested in educating as he is in entertaining.
