Question: Does ANYBODY remember the movie "Kevin Uses a Paper Clip"???

I might have the title wrong because my Google searching isn't turning anything up, but does anyone remember a movie from maybe the late 80s / early 90s about a guy named Kevin learning how to use paperclips? It was a great movie and I want to watch it again. The guy had loose documents all over the goddamn place and by the end of the movie... well I don't want to spoil it if you haven't seen it.

Anyone remember this one?
