Did DiMarzio say screw you Musician's Friend?

MF never really had great deals on Duncans or DiMarzios. Anyone with Google could find better prices from authorized dealers. Maybe they just gave up.

Next to no stock from both companies? No. Something else is going on. I suspect that both companies haven't been paid in a while.
 
Stock over here is Europe is pretty bad for Duncan and Dimarzio these days. It seems like a tons of stuff is just out of stock at online stores here. It was awful six months back, but seems to be slowly improving, but still no where as good as it was like two years ago. I wonder if there is something more at the manufacturing side, as none of the companies I frequent have any ties to the MF/GC system. Or perhaps there are multiple problems.
 
I'm waiting for a Custom Dimarzio since February. Initially they said 4 weeks, now they say November. I wonder what's up all around.
 
Interesting. Something fishy at Dimarzio. I bought a cliplock strap ...initially told 4-6 weeks. Its already been 2 months and now they are telling me late fall.
 
Perhaps everyone is going through what the chips for cars is going through. Can’t seem to get everything that’s needed to complete the job. Went to the tropical fish store today and was talking about aquariums and they can’t get them. Can’t get the resin used to glue them together so things are standing still. Just in time manufacturing and I guess missing those certain items is backing it up. Curious as to what the missing link is for pickups.
 
They might be getting their parts made in China like everyone else and winding/assembling the pickups here.
