  • 1 wedge of laughing cow cheese

Lunch

  • 1 large banana
  • 1/2 chicken sausage and cheese quiche

Afternoon Snack

  • 23 almonds
  • 1 tbsp organic crunchy peanut butter

Dinner*

  • 6 oz beef steak strips
  • 1 baked potato w/butter and light sour cream
  • 4 oz steamed carrots

Evening Snack

  • 1 container CarbMaster Yogurt (Banana)

End of Day Thoughts
Not too bad today. *Still need more veggies, but adding fruit back in has been GREAT.​

One pound is about 3500 calories. Average calories burned just living is about 2000. So less than that, do the math. He's on average about 400 calories under, so about every 9 days he should drop a pound.
