Croak Monsieur - what a made up sandwich?

I overheard someone that made an order for a sandwich whose name is called Croak Monsieur - surely this is a joke name? What kind of sandwich would have this name? This is the joke, right? Has anyone heard about or heard of this wily sandwich?
