The only horrible cereal like that I ever ate as a kid was Captain Crunch. I just remember it tearing up the roof of my mouth.

I still like grabbing a box of sugary cereal once in a while.

Mostly these days I grab something that high in fiber, like Mini-Wheats (6g), Grape Nuts (7g), most of the Post 'Great Grains' (5g), etc.
