Yep.
Our dog, Monty, who was named in honor of Monty Python, got sick over the weekend. Both our dogs got kennel cough-y. But Monty started getting labored breathing, stopped eating and got listless. Didn't look so good. Took him in today. Big bronchial infection, but now we have meds for that, and he is not dead yet. So, good reason to celebrate him.

AND learned on the way home from NPR Here and Now, that Monty Python's Flying Circus turns 50 this weekend. Gotta love it! Always look on the bright side of life!

I like this vid too, where Idle talks about making up the song. Gonna learn it. Some nice little acoustic jazz chords. Why not?

 
He got up this morning on his own (had to really push him to do that yesterday, esp. before the vet and meds), and at least ate his treat containing the medicine and drank water. Hoping he will start eating a little more sometime today.
