Hot or Not? British guitars

I have been following Ben from Crimson guitars on Youtube for a while. He’s hilarious and a fantastic luthier as well.

I really like the ethos of their ‘Raw’ series

All Raw Series guitars are totally unique instruments and no two from this series will ever be the same. The ethos behind the Raw Series is that the wood we use is beautiful in its own right. We include its ‘imperfections’, whether they are knots in the timber, inclusions, through body holes, insect holes or even bark. We find the most stunning and interesting reclaimed wood we can and build it into a guitar you can’t wait to get your hands on.
Each body and top are hand picked by our luthiers and matched to one of our gorgeous neck woods.
A custom guitar at production prices… Unique!

whatever happened to blackmachine? I know there was lots of demand and prices got stupid silly, and multiple makers made homages to that style (skervesen, ormsby, etc) then the original just seemed to disappear..

I seem to remember that there was some major issues, like taking too many orders, massive delays as a result, quality issues. That coupled with ridiculous prices. I think he still builds.

For quality death/black metal styled guitars, check Daemoness guitars, the guy is insane

They are supposed to be incredibly good guitars , especially considering the budget prices
My only problem is that I don't like the strat sound. That was my second strat and I couldn't get the sound I wanted. I found I am a tele guy (though acoustic is better than electric to me).

Sorry, but 2.5K is not a production guitar price, especially since they can't claim that quality wood costs good money.

Interesting wall art for $250. Wood knot play.

I'm with you on that until I see that slapped on gold paint that looks like it was applied by a toddler.

Andy Gillion of Mors Principium Est plays a Daemoness

I've always thought they looked kinda cool.

Vintage had a Gary Moore LP model about 10 years ago that I liked. Don't know if they still make it or not?
