I decided to make the BSOCD my fulltime 1/2 step down workhorse. Starting with a set of Balanced Tension D'Adarrio. 011s, it also got the full treatment of adjusting the neck angle, truss rod, bridge height, intonation... the whole works.

I've always loved this guitar, but not enough for it to take over Supreme Strat Status from the WSOCG (White Strat of Chimey Goodness), but now it plays WAY better than it ever has. The feel is amazing! I am so sold on these Balanced Tension strings now. I can never go back.
