That's one of the blessings of Y-Tube.
I probably would never have seen the Collins Kids and Joe Maphis. I'm of an age to have seen Town Hall Party but it was strictly west coast.
I was an east coast kid.

Deke Dickerson played a dance party in Central Park about ten years ago. He brought the Collins Kids and lots of other greats of yesteryear.
Lorrie and Larry were still youthful, vibrant, and had their chops in tact. It's hard to believe they're gone.

Now I'm starting to tear up.
Oh well. We still have the recordings.
