The cool tool thread got me thinking. If your going to go low end, which is better suited for spaghetti western \ surf music?
The bass 6 is an octave lower so it's easier to transpose guitar lines, but with a 30" scale length the lower strings lose that cool snappy quality that the baritone has.
The baritone gets 2.5 steps lower than a standard guitar, but not quite low enough for the bass lines.
I've never played either, but I'm intrigued.
Thoughts?
