Are koa BC Rich guitars hot?

I think there is one model in the 'traditional' BC Rich line I like. This one is not it. I know the US made models were great guitars, but the looks put me off. And way too many switches on this beast.

Whenever I look at those I hear someone say let’s cut this out here and see what happens.
I do really like their offerings in the Mockingbird design.

I prefer Mockingbirds and Eagles, but I'm glad they're back to making Koa Bichs too.

Agreed... single neck I prefer the Mockingbird.

The Bich looks amazing as a doubleneck.... and yes, in Koa preferably.

It's one of those "there's no way to justify owning one of these... but I WAAAAANNNT IT!!!"

it was made to accomodate 4 additional tuners, as the Bich was originally a 10-string guitar

A koa Eagle or Mockingbird has been my dream guitar for a long time

I think it looks great. With the right finish those kooky BC Rich designs are classics.

Got an email from Sweetwater yesterday. Among other things, it mentioned they are now a BC Rich dealer.

Did not know Koa is only the top.

Big turnoffs are "ultra-fast Shredzilla Ultra Slim Contour neck profile." and it has a Floyd.

i am not really that keen on the current BC Rich company. Unfortunately, the classic era guitars go on the used market for ridiculous prices these days.

I found pictures posted online of the BC Rich I used to own. It’s the only guitar I ever regretted selling.
If I had the money for it, I would contact the owner immediately to buy it back
