Anybody watching Severance on Apple TV?

They're dropping an episdode a week :eyeroll: They're about half through right now.

Season 1 was indeed great. Going to burn through season 2 in the last couple of weeks before the finale.
Looks like season 3 is happening, so don't expect much resolution at the end of season 2.

I'm not enjoying this season as much as the first. It kinda seems like they're focusing on weirdness rather than furthering the plot. I'm still watching though.

It's the most Twin Peaks thing on tv since - well, Twin Peaks. I don't expect to understand it; I just enjoy watching it develop.

I binged season one and am watching season two each week. I usually enjoy bizarre, slow, plodding stories that are expertly painted (Tales of The Loop). The canvas is purposely bleak here, which sometimes tries even my patience.

There's something about Britt Lower...

So much time has passed between season 1 & 2 that I had forgotten much of what happened in the last episode of S1. I rewatched the last episode (9) of the 1st season. Then, I watched episode 1 of the 2nd season.

There have been some fantastic performances so far in season 2 and the episodes are moving the story along pretty consistently so far. I think I like season 2 a little more. 1 took me a few episodes to really get hooked in.

She is smoking hot, in a more subtle way as Helly, and apparently a great actress as she expertly portrays the differences between Helly and Helena.

The show is fantastic. I love all the twists and turns and Easter eggs that pop up. I will usually rewatch at least part of the last episode before the one that just came out to make sure I'm not missing anything. The premise reminds me of a Philip K. Dick story, with his worlds within worlds and weird scenarios where things are not as they seem. PKD is one of my all time favorites science fiction authors, so I love that vibe.

The actors are great. I've never seen anything before with the Helly, Dylan, or Milchick actors, and they do a fantastic job. Adam Scott is great, particularly as the Mark S. character. I also love that they are featuring John Turturro, Christopher Walken, John Noble, Patricia Arquette, and Merritt Wever, along with Gwendolyn Christie as the unhinged goat lady. Turturro, in particular, is awesome in this. Incredible cast!

Probably the best show I've watched in quite a while. I also love From, but it feels like all the weird and unexplained stuff hangs together a little bit better in Severance for me
