Yeah, the whole I Robot album is fantastic.

Off Ammonia Avenue, i love "Don't Answer Me", i know its a fluff pop song, but i always thought it was really beautiful.

Ladyhawke soundtrack was pretty cool too.

It was. A very cool soundtrack and Michelle Pfeiffer in the film was a memorable combo.

Little known Alan Parson trivia - he had all the guys from the band Ambrosia as the backing musicians on his first APP release.

I am a target for fluff pop it seems. I like that song as well.

Did Alan Parsons do "Whoa-oh whoa, I don't care, I wouldn't want to be like you"?

That song was a big part of my soundscape, growing up.

Yeah, now the intro is coming back to me, that single note guitar riff followed by those slashing chords, probably setting the standard for that.
This is taking me back to when ordinary radio d.j.'s began to use phase-shifting and all those newer electric guitar effects, yeah,
the height of analog.

The other night I was in a nostalgic mood and listened to "Time." The song got me thinking about friends now gone, days that have passed, never to return, and I ended up feeling so depressed that I wasn't able to get to sleep. Nice job, Alan.

You shoulda wrapped up with "Time" by The Chambers Brothers. By the time they stop ticking you'll be asleep.

"Time has come today!"
