In my case it was at a hot foods expo - one of the booths had some. They'd only allow one small bite, though - they were pre-cut. The thing about the jolokia is that it doesn't hit quick - it builds over time, and lasts about 30-45 minutes or so.
 
Well, i happen across one, i'll go for it. But im not going to go out of my way. hahaha.
