As a rule, there is something about PRS guitars that just doesn't appeal to me. I must say,however, that this does nothing to change that.
 
I used to have a single humbucker black and red crackle jackson soloist that was an awesome guitar, so I have a soft spot for crackle finishes, even though they are objectively horrible.

This is super gross, but there's something hilarious about this finish on a PRS that almost makes it kinda endearing. Like Wilford Brimley in a slayer shirt.
 
I have come around on PRS. They've had a number of guitars lately that appealed deeply to me.

Obviously, not this one, tho. Oof.
 
Crackle is one of those 80s things that should remain buried in the past
 
I love me some PRS, but have to pass here - now, if I was putting together a hair metal cover band....
