Got the first set of lights up tonight. Weed barrier to cover the lights and keep the bag of mulch from making a mess in the grass, then flickering flame bulbs hidden in the mulch.

He’s a BIG boy….. about 5 feet tall and 11 feet wide!

My neighbour around the corner was setting up a “Doug” on their lawn yesterday.
I’ll have to check it out later today and see how the did.

I set up most of my decorations today and they aren’t nearly that cool. I have a box full of little skeletons that I’ll hang from a tree like xmas ornaments once the leaves fall. Tomorrow I’ll probably make a Home Depot run to get more stuff but no big ticket items. I’m trying to be one of those people who only buys a few things a year instead of going out and blowing a thousand dollars at once like some people do.
