Well, given his harmonies on More than Words and his part in the call-and-response section of Hole Hearted, I had a pretty good idea. But yeah, dude's got pipes.

It was clear from the beginning for me. Those are true vocal harmonies on the records and then I saw them live 3x back in the day and their harmonies never wavered.
In later years Gary’s voice had some issues, but early on he was a powerhouse. He and Nuno were always on point.

Friend of mine who's a killer musician got VIP tickets to see Extreme a few years ago and took his son (chip off the old block, multi-instrumentalist). Nuno is a hero to both, but he rudely blew them off.
That said, ideally we aren't judging people by their worst days and we have no clue what he might've been dealing with that day. Regardless, it doesn't speak well for his coolness.
