GBP.
Great Britain Pounds.
So, less than 20 bucks CDN.

With the taxes and duty, this came in under $200 CDN, total.

To be clear, it is used.
That’s the idea behind the whole draw. People donate the guitars to the museum. The museum tunes them up and then raffles them off to raise funds to support operations. The original idea was to include content of them working on the guitars.

Except for the pick scratches on the pick guard, it might as well be brand new.
It’s perfect in every other aspect. Kinda like a floor model from a store.

Does it come in anything besides red?

This guy is going to do a build in a month or so.
It won’t be red. By design to crank people up.

NSFW language.

So - how does it play and sound?

EDIT: I wish Vox would resurrect the little 10 watt transistor VBM1 recording amp. It did a great job of aping the tones of the original "Deacy" for a very reasonable price and used examples now go for upwards of $500.

I like it.
Lots of tones with all of those switches.

Neck dive is bad though.
This is the first guitar I’ve ever played where that has been an issue to a degree that it bothered me.

I’ve got a pack of Guitar Gummy inbound and I plan to try other straps.

I’ve been using the Tonex with different Brian May tones, but I should dig out my AC1 and see how that sounds.

One thing that took a while getting used to with mine was how close the frets are, as it's 24 frets on a 24" neck. Did some wonderfully bizarre solos until I got used to that.
