I don't know if there's a cheese that I don't like. If there is, I haven't had it yet. Love types that some people don't like, like bleu, cottage, etc. Love ricotta in a lasagna. Fresh parmesan grated over pasta or a caesar salad. Old cheddar grated over a whistle dog. Monterey Jack on a sub. Even been known to spread a little stinky cheese wiz on a piece of toast..
