Yamaha G100II-H

I dug this out of my store room today. Late 70s Yamaha G100II head. Yeah, that's right it solid state. So what. If it was good enough for Holdsworth, Metheny, Stern, Ford and many more...
These 100w amps were designed by Paul Rivera. Considered one of the best jazz amps ever. Cleans comparable to a JC120. Full size reverb. Parametric EQ.
I'm running through a Laney 2X12 cab with 2 tan/chrome G12T-75 Celestions. Sounds incredible. Only problem is I rarely get to use anything this Big anymore. I run two small 15w tube amps in Stereo for most gigs these days. But it's still fun to play.

Fuzzy tone? Probably a bit of whisker on it.

I love those old Yamaha solid state amps. Wouldn't mind a Gibson lab series either.
