Civil War Muff clone. My favorite fuzz ever, and I've tried a lot of them.

Have you tried a BMP-1? I hadn't gotten much time with it because I got in mid move, so I only had a little while on a shitty amp at my dad's. (I didn't feel like lugging his AC-15 into the room I was staying in). It may be a Tall Font clone, but no farts. It isn't as thick as most of the muffs I have tried, but it really sounds good with my Tele. Almost an STP tone. I think Brad did what he normally does, picks a muff and takes away the bad parts of it and enhances what is great with it. It really sucks he sold Mojo to go back to construction. He is the muff master

You know I love their stuff, and in this case I think the homage was perfect. My local buddy Matt (whom you know) had an original that I helped him sell. The MJ nails it, but it's just not a pedal that I liked to begin with. Certainly others have sounded great with it over the years, but it's just not to my taste.
