fits USA, squier/CVC, MIM 60s, and more (all us spec bodies)
this will not fit CIJ/MIJ, or Squier Affinity (I dont think)

rules:
You must post a pic of the tele it is going on
or a rendering of the tele you're working on to use this guard

I choose the winner based on what I
find is the most proper Tele to put this on. A good rule
of thumb is the more vintage accurate the better
but go crazy! You never know; Im pretty open minded
I fancy antigua for example)
Bottom line: the tele that would benefit the most with this
guard shall be victorious

here are some pics so you get an idea what to expect
remember a guard color can alter what the rest of the tele looks like
as much as a tele color will alter what the guard looks like
also keep in mind maple vs rosewood, this can have an effect
on the over all aesthetics just as much as the other variables previously mentioned.

This is my 09 LPB MIM standard. I have several more expensive guitars, but this is my #1 for gigging. It is bone stock except that I swapped the pus for a set of Mojotone Alnico 3s. I think a black PG would dress it up nicely!
 
Edit: whoops! I just read your last post in the other thread and I respectfully withdraw my entry: I am fully capable of buying my own!
 
I would love the pickgaurd but here's my stituation:

I would put it on this, a "94 Mexican Telecaster/Squire Series

I bought this with a pickguard that doesn't fit right. Not sure if yours would fit or not.

black may work for your tele...but from the looks of it its a chick magnet as is...This counts as a mark against you.
but you are def. one of the top candidates. (out of the 2 that entered so far)

Ill do some research and see if my guard will fit. Its USA spec but so are some squier
and most MIM. Ive had this guard on my Squier CVC, CIJ 52SPL 'micawbre',
52RI (USA), 60s Classic MIM. and it fit all those impeccably.
 
btw people that have won my contests before can attest to the fact that I dont just send the item
won, but I include a grab-bag of miscellaneous guitar paraphernalia.
And this contest will be no different. Expect some cool shit along with the guard.
 
I have been the recipient of grab bag extras, and one was the coolest metal/bone thumb pick I have ever seen. Another was a piece of wire. It will take about an hour to unpack everything as monsieur is apparently a packing tape magnate.
 
Not sure that I'd want to switch to black or not. Plus, I'm not very vintage accurate anyway. I have been toying with swapping to a vintage bridge. Now, if only you were giving away one of those...
