I can almost see the letter in my mind. Confusion for the consumer based on the Les Paul like appearance of the instrument and confusion based on the similarity in sound and spelling of Godin and Gibson. You are infringing on 66 percent of our name. We also find your dot over the i to be extremely similar to the prominent i in the Gibson logo.

I finally played two Core CTs at Rudy's Soho today. The P90 one had a thicker neck than the humbucker one. Yes, this is the one. Now to find one for $500 used.
