Dig it! Who likes rocksteady, ska, and reggae?

I love all that stuff. Not the only thing(s) I would listen to, but I do like it a lot. Got to see The English Beat (Dave Wakeling version) last time they were here in town, and picked up a T-shirt from the show.
 
Saw the Specials and the (English) Beat back in the day; great bands. No one gives them any cred bcos "She Drives Me Crazy," but the early Fine Young Cannibals were an unreal live act. Roland Gift has a magic voice, and that first album has such great up-tempo numbers.

and I want to mention these guys again. They made my law school experience better when it was time to blow things off for the weekend.







Not that I like them that much better than the others mentioned, but you just don't hear about them very much. At least I don't. Looks like some version is still active.
 
My wife listens to ska, and K Pop. I like a lot of it, but she thinks everything I listen to is slow and depressing if it doesn't have horns in it.
